Assistant Professor in English for Special Purposes

Assistant Professor, BA (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece), M. Phil. (Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland), Ph.D. (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece). She teaches Media Discourse, Academic Writing and English for Specific Purposes. Her research interests lie in the areas of academic discourse, media discourse, English-medium instruction, English for Specific and Academic Purposes, Content and Language Integrated Learning, and English as a Lingua Franca. She has participated in various international research projects. She has published in refereed journals and international conference proceedings and has edited collective volumes in applied linguistics. She is a member of the Greek and British Association for Applied Linguistics, TESOL, ECREA and AILA.
